Great Moments In Homeland Security

SNAFU-ED - Dover is a town in Morris County, in the New York metro area. Three Dover aldermen have inspecting gumball machines over fears that terrorists could use them to poison children. It seems the biggest fears is over unlicensed machines. Aldermen Frank Poolas, Jack Delaney and Michael Picciallo have found over 100 of them. According to Delaney, in many cases there's no way of knowing who's filling the machines. "There's just no record of anything."
