BAY AREA OFFERING FREE TRANSIT ON SMOGGY DAYS

SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE - Twenty-one public transit agencies around the Bay Area will give morning commuters free rides on as many as five smog-choked weekdays this summer. . .
